Thoughtful & Mindful Parenting Classes
Baby & Me
A Thoughtful and Mindful Parenting class with your baby. We offer weekly sessions for infants & parents to interact, play, bond and move with each other in a group setting. Group discussions during class offer advice and guidance to parents during the early months of their child’s growth and development.
Toddler & Me
A Thoughtful and Mindful Parenting class with your toddler. We offer weekly sessions for toddlers & parents to interact, play, bond and move with each other in a group setting. Group discussions during class offer advice and guidance to parents during the toddler years of their child’s growth and development.
Mommy & Me
A Thoughtful and Mindful Parenting class with your preschooler. We offer weekly sessions for little preschool explorers & parents to interact, play, bond and move with each other in a group setting. Group discussions during class offer advice and guidance to parents during the preschool years of their child’s growth and development.
Enrichment Electives That Spark Curiosity
Spanish
Our unique Spanish curriculum, coupled with Spanish culture and traditions, allows our students to experience and enjoy the Spanish language naturally integrated within the program. We use a specialized integrated thematic approach in which all of the thematic subjects are intertwined within one wholistic course of study.
Kids Cuisine
Grab your chef’s hat and kids apron, get your spatula and mixing bowl and let’s get cooking. Getting our kids in the kitchen is a great way to explode into the joy of nutrition and healthy food choices.
Science 4 Kids
We have many new ideas and electives to choose from. We have incorporated activities that enhance and stimulate your child’s natural desires and processes for building skills and knowledge.
Art-rageous
Our art curriculum offers inspirational learning opportunities connecting our children with nature, fine art, specialty crafts and science — take a look at our new and improved program.
Fit Kids
FUN FITNESS! “Kid in extreme motion” will be this program’s theme. A non-competitive atmosphere coupled with high-energy music and skill building activities will motivate your child as never before.
Cardio Kids
Our Cardio Kids sports based program was created for children aged 18 months up to 9 years old. Using the basic fundamentals of sports, games, exercises, and techniques, we use a variety of fun games to excite and engage kids into physical activity.
What to Expect in a Parent-Child Session

Arrive & Settle In
You and your child are welcomed into a calm, thoughtfully prepared space. Take a few moments to get comfortable, watch your child explore, and shift into focused one-on-one time together.

Play, Bond & Move Together
Your weekly session is built around interaction, play, bonding, and movement. You’ll join your child in group activities designed for their age and stage — meeting them right where they are.

Share, Discuss & Ask
Each session includes time for group discussion with other parents. It’s a chance to receive advice and guidance through the milestones and questions that come up during the early months, toddler years, or preschool years.
